What We Do
The Jaytee America team has proven expertise in building management, construction and real estate financing. As an emerging player in Brooklyn’s community redevelopment field, we specialize in rehabilitating apartment buildings that have fallen into disrepair, bringing them up to modern building code and safety standards. Most of the buildings in our portfolio are 80-years old or more and have required extensive structural and cosmetic reconstruction. Some have required complete gut rehabilitation.
